Avionics Technician

What you'll do

• Install, inspect, test, and repair communication, navigation, and autopilot equipment
• troubleshoot avionics systems
• perform installations and modifications to manufacturer specifications
• solder electrical components
• use precision equipment for maintenance and testing
• analyze flight test data and verify avionics operation
• interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• document maintenance
• collaborate with the maintenance team
• mentor junior technicians.
