The Back-of-House Prep / Utility role is onsite in Sacramento, CA. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. The position supports Super Taco’s kitchen team by assisting cooks, the Lead Cook, and the General Manager with food preparation and kitchen operations. The role helps maintain efficient service and food safety by preparing ingredients, stocking stations, following recipes and procedures, and keeping work areas clean. It also provides flexible support to kitchen and hospitality tasks as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to food-handler guidelines and recipes
• stock prep and cook stations
• ensure food meets temperature and quality standards
• assist with catering tasks when needed
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• report broken equipment
• follow opening, shift-change, and closing procedures
• assist with training new kitchen staff as directed
• support timely service and other kitchen duties as assigned.
