What you'll do

• Attend project kick-off meetings and develop project-specific work plans
• lead technicians and subcontractors on installations as needed
• coordinate onsite with clients, facility owners, general contractors, and trades
• install AV systems according to documentation and industry practices
• install screens, displays, and related equipment
• pull, terminate, and test cable
• maintain as-built documentation
• train clients on equipment use as needed.

Why this role

Requires 3–4 years of AV systems implementation experience and Minnesota registration as an Unlicensed Power Limited Technician. National travel up to 40–50% per year. CTS, CTS-I, Crestron, Dante, Q-Sys, and CompTIA Network+ certifications are desired.
