What you'll do

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and follow individualized care plans
• provide care that may include G-tube feedings, medication administration, wound care, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support
• educate patients and caregivers on disease management, emergency procedures, and therapeutic techniques
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members
• document care promptly and accurately
• maintain safety, infection-control, and privacy standards.
