Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is in person in Morgantown, WV, with pay of $22 per hour. The position supports Who Brew’s 7 Brew stand and its growth, profitable operations, and culture. The role is designed as a development path toward Store Manager within 6–12 months. Working with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager leads crew development and daily operations, maintains customer service and operating standards, and helps prepare the stand for staffing needs, vacancies, and new openings.

What you'll do

• Perform Brewista and Shift Lead duties
• coach and train crew members
• maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions
• support team culture through delegation and feedback
• help create weekly schedules
• support operations across dayparts
• track and order inventory and supplies
• handle cash, deposits, and change
• address operational issues
• prepare the crew for health inspections and food-safety requirements
• communicate management directives
• assist nearby locations when asked.
