Wireless Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Approach and engage customers
• ask about their phones, carriers, and wireless needs
• explain AT&T or Verizon promotions depending on location
• recommend plans, devices, and connected products
• assist with qualification and activation
• explain pricing, trade-ins, promotions, credits, and first-bill expectations
• follow up after activation
• maintain sales and customer documentation
• participate in meetings, training, and sales competitions
• work with the Store Lead toward individual and store goals.
