• Lead restaurant and bar operations and maintain a floor presence during service
• hire, train, coach, and develop front-of-house staff and managers

• oversee hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, inventory, ordering, beverage costs, payroll, labor, expenses, cleanliness, and maintenance
• manage private events and community activations
• respond to guest feedback
• and work with ownership on operational goals and business growth. Nights, weekends, and holiday availability are required.
