The Security Control Center (SCC) Dispatcher works onsite in Everett, MA. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. The role supports Encore Boston Harbor’s 24/7 security operations center and property safety. The dispatcher monitors cameras, alarms, and security applications, handles emergency and non-emergency requests, and coordinates dispatches and communications. The role helps protect company assets and support the safety and compliance of employees and guests.

What you'll do

• Monitor non-gaming cameras, alarms, and security applications
• preserve relevant camera footage
• dispatch Security and the Gaming Enforcement Unit as needed
• communicate with security personnel and departments via radio consoles
• coordinate emergency services calls
• handle and log emergency and non-emergency calls
• monitor panic and safety alarms
• inspect non-gaming cameras and follow up on issues
• maintain communication with shift and department management
• protect confidential property information.
