• Complete general maintenance and janitorial tasks, including basic repairs, painting, cleaning, minor carpentry, and light electrical and plumbing work
• replace or service appliances as needed
• partner with the Site Manager to prioritize and complete work orders
• keep tools and supplies organized and document completed work and follow-up needs.
