What you'll do
- Receive repair jobs from the team leader
- inspect incoming vehicles and wheels for damage
- identify cosmetic wheel damage during lot walks
- repair cosmetically damaged wheels
- notify the dealership manager about bent or cracked wheels
- coordinate with other departments
- perform quality-control inspections before vehicles proceed to the next reconditioning step
- follow safety and hazardous-waste disposal guidance
- maintain tools and work area.
