What you'll do

• Configure and analyze customer circuits across optical and electro-optical multiplexers, routers, and switches
• redesign circuits to restore connectivity during outages and maintenance
• monitor network alarms
• perform change management tasks including hardware replacement and software configuration
• document outages, degradations, isolations, escalations, and resolutions
• assess network incidents and recommend resolutions using relevant routing, switching, transport, and security technologies.
