Medical Assistant Site Supervisor

The Medical Assistant Site Supervisor role is onsite at a community health clinic in Turlock, CA. Pay is $26–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Supervise Medical Assistants, including work assignments, training, development, and performance management
• track and report clinic metrics
• implement performance-improvement programs
• support site providers
• ensure quality and safety compliance
• address patient grievances and report them to management
• coordinate inventory and vaccination management
• de-escalate and resolve clinic conflicts
• cover for absent staff as needed.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of clinic supervisory experience, four or more years of Medical Assistant experience in family practice or a multispecialty clinic, Medical Assistant certification, and current BLS certification; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
