The Assisted Living Cook role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. The cook supports dining services for residents at Holly Court Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role prepares and serves meals that account for residents’ dietary needs and preferences, while maintaining safe food handling and an organized kitchen. Accurate preparation, sanitation, and communication with colleagues support residents’ dining experience and care.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• follow health and safety regulations and food handling and storage procedures
• support dietary aides with sanitation and serving standards
• communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and residents
• record food preparation, inventory, and waste management and report regularly to the Director of Dining Services.
