The Manager, Finance & Accounting role is hybrid, based at the Bohemia, New York office. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. This senior individual contributor manages finance and accounting processes, strengthens reporting and controls, and provides analysis that informs business decisions. The role partners across departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency, with no direct people-management responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, and process improvement. Develop financial models, metrics, and KPI dashboards
• analyze performance and recommend improvements
• maintain GAAP compliance
• monitor revenue recognition and expense allocations
• support accounting operations and cash flow management
• improve processes through automation, standardization, and ERP enhancements
• coordinate annual audits
• and provide profitability analysis, pricing support, modeling, and business insights.
