The Director of Accounting – Manufacturing role is an onsite, full-time position in Brighton, CO. Compensation is $185,000–$215,000 per year plus bonus. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence by building and operating AI infrastructure. The role exists to lead accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting for Crusoe’s manufacturing business as production scales. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the director leads a multi-site team of 8+ and builds the cost, inventory, and control infrastructure needed to support manufacturing growth.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of 8+ across multiple manufacturing facilities
• partner with manufacturing leadership on financial insight and decisions
• set cost targets and advise on capacity, make-versus-buy, sourcing, and pricing
• own standard costing, inventory accounting, cycle counts, and physical inventory programs
• analyze manufacturing variances, yield, and productivity
• model new-product and program costs and margins
• oversee month-end close, US GAAP compliance, controls, audits, budgets, and forecasts
• own ERP manufacturing accounting modules and improve scalable processes.
