What you'll do

• Provide benefits administration support
• obtain carrier quotes
• prepare and submit health and welfare plan RFPs
• review proposals for accuracy and client fit
• negotiate with carriers
• gather pre-renewal information
• prepare renewal spreadsheets and presentations
• create open enrollment materials
• process policy changes and new business paperwork
• perform invoice and census audits
• respond to client inquiries and service requests.
