What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
• schedule employees and ensure shifts are covered
• process payroll and address employee issues
• support front desk activities, member check-in, sign-ups, tours, and requests
• oversee opening and closing, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• coordinate equipment repairs
• communicate marketing promotions
• authorize expenditures and refunds
• make bank deposits
• prepare HR forms
• track and report statistics
• provide backup coverage when employees are absent.
