Transporter — Wellbeing Center

Job overview

The Transporter role is onsite in Clinton, MO, with pay of $18.50 per hour. The schedule is a split shift, 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., for 40 hours weekly. The role supports Compass Health Network’s Wellbeing Center and helps people access care and support. The transporter provides safe, respectful, and timely rides for clients while supporting center operations. The role contributes to access to services through reliable transportation, clear communication, vehicle readiness, and calm responses to unexpected situations.

What you'll do

• Safely transport clients while following traffic laws and safety procedures
• plan pickup and drop-off routes
• keep agency vehicles clean, fueled, and maintained
• complete inspections and maintenance logs
• communicate respectfully with passengers and staff
• respond calmly to emergencies or crises
• support Wellbeing Center operations and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and staff
• follow van-use, documentation, and confidentiality guidelines.
