Job overview

The Senior Cook role is onsite at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The position supports campus food service through Chartwells Higher Ed.

What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items using established recipes
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow HACCP and sanitation requirements
• maintain production records and logs
• assist with employee cross-training. May oversee food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
