The Research and Development Engineer II — Medical Devices is an onsite, full-time role in Santa Rosa, CA, paying $50–$55 per hour. What you'll do

• Design, develop, analyze, and troubleshoot during research or product development
• develop test methods and lead root-cause investigations
• create CAD components, assemblies, or drawings
• perform protocol-based testing
• prototype, test, and iterate designs
• support integration of new technologies
• document R&D work in lab notebooks, characterization studies, and test reports
• support early-stage design controls and pilot-line development
• collaborate on regulatory submissions
• develop test equipment and train technicians
• create document change orders
• coordinate with Regulatory, Preclinical, Quality, and Manufacturing.
