What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical supervision
- guide and support Licensed Practical Nurses and direct-care staff
- assess residents and coordinate interventions
- develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- administer medications and treatments
- coordinate care with healthcare professionals
- respond to changes in condition and emergencies
- complete assessments, admissions, transfers, discharges, and documentation
- review records for accuracy and compliance
- support staffing coordination, education, mentoring, and quality improvement
- promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
