The role supports the Talent Brand Creative team in building the employer brand and attracting talent through human-centered storytelling. The copywriter creates and adapts brand-consistent content across recruiting and marketing channels, partnering with creative, marketing, and recruiting colleagues to communicate career opportunities and deliver integrated campaigns.

What you'll do

• Develop human-centered marketing copy about the employer brand and career opportunities
• create content for video, social media, websites, paid media, display ads, sales materials, recruiting experiences, and events
• maintain consistent brand voice
• collaborate on integrated campaigns and brand stories
• adapt messaging for audiences and formats
• manage projects and deadlines
• use creative tools and AI capabilities to support content development and workflow efficiency.
