What you'll do

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance.
• Ensure personnel are trained and qualified.
• Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Communicate significant issues to management.
• Participate in work control coordination and scheduling meetings.
• Support maintenance processes including training and corrective action programs.
