The IT Intern role is an onsite position in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $21–$25 per hour. HireNow Staffing is recruiting for a client partner, where the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology operations. The intern assists with end-user support, workstation setup and maintenance, infrastructure projects, basic network administration, troubleshooting, documentation, account management, and technology rollouts. The role contributes to reliable day-to-day IT operations while building practical technical experience.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level hardware and software support
• set up, configure, and maintain workstations
• assist with infrastructure projects and network administration
• troubleshoot operating system, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• document procedures and system updates
• assist with user accounts and onboarding
• participate in IT improvement initiatives and technology rollouts.
