What you'll do

• Lead shifts with the Restaurant General Manager
• oversee front- and back-of-house team performance
• train, coach, and onboard team members
• carry out checklists, line checks, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
• monitor guest experience metrics
• ensure food-safety compliance
• and manage labor, inventory, and food ordering.
