What you'll do

• Manage daily group, wholesale, and VIP reservations
• set service goals and monitor agent productivity
• maintain reservation systems and group blocks
• coordinate with hotel, front office, conference, and sales teams
• ensure VIP room assignments and readiness
• prepare VIP packets and guest information
• coordinate satellite check-in and guest activities
• maintain feedback and tracking logs
• train and monitor concierge staff
• prepare department schedules
• support front office management as required.
