What you'll do

• Prepare menus developed by the consultant and dietician
• follow resident diet orders
• serve meals on time
• prepare attractive meals
• comply with sanitation requirements
• coordinate meal service and cleanup
• maintain clean kitchen and dining areas
• keep food-service records
• store food safely
• report supply loss, breakage, waste, or service problems
• use kitchen equipment safely
• assume Kitchen Manager responsibilities when requested during the manager’s absence.
