What you'll do

• Develop and execute systems to identify and resolve quality issues
• establish measurable standards and conduct raw material, process, and product audits
• communicate quality issues with production management
• analyze operations, techniques, equipment, and products and recommend improvements
• respond to customer concerns
• record quality data and reports
• travel to customer sites or other Quanex locations as needed.
