What you'll do

• Establish and review housekeeping standards and procedures
• plan staffing schedules and work areas
• assist with hiring, interviewing, and training
• supervise housekeeping staff
• conduct inspections and make recommendations
• report goals and plans
• communicate with staff, administration, and departments
• coordinate outside services including pest control, window cleaning, waste, document destruction, and recycling.
