What you'll do

• Lead supply chain process transformation across planning, order management, and fulfillment
• help define future-state operating models
• drive cross-functional program plans, business cases, metrics, and value realization
• partner with IT on ERP, planning-system, and data-platform roadmaps
• support user acceptance testing, deployment, and adoption
• align stakeholders and reinforce process governance
• monitor KPIs and sustain improvements through documentation and training.
