Product Manager, Payroll and Rewards

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end Payroll product lifecycle across Oracle HCM, ADP, integrations, and operational workflows
• lead intake, discovery, prioritization, and delivery
• use data and insights to guide decisions
• partner with payroll, HR, technology, delivery, and vendor-supported teams
• coordinate the Rewards roadmap with compensation and benefits product management
• facilitate roadmap and tradeoff discussions
• monitor product health and release outcomes
• mentor colleagues and advance product practices.
