What you'll do

• Coordinate core security and technology services with infrastructure, technology, security, and acquisition target teams
• develop, document, and deploy secure design patterns for strategic alliance collaborations
• develop security playbooks and services for business alliances and strategic acquisitions
• advise and coordinate security architecture across acquisitions and research ventures.

Why this role

Remote anywhere in the U.S. Requires a bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience, a master’s degree and six years, or a PhD and two years; relevant security architecture experience; direct mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or multi-company collaboration experience; and working knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure, M365 or Slack, Active Directory, and security standards such as NIST 800 or ISO 27001.
