What you'll do

• Lead daily Labor & Delivery operations
• manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• conduct employee and patient rounding
• partner with the Perinatal Safety Nurse on competency development and clinical education
• oversee hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and employee development
• monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes
• ensure regulatory and nursing-standard compliance
• assist with budgeting
• and promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Why this role
