Residential Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliances, lighting, and building systems
• respond to resident work orders
• conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• supervise, train, and assign maintenance staff
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and coordinate unit turns
• maintain inventory and records
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• follow safety and Fair Housing requirements
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
