What you'll do

• Lead general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and reporting
• direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• prepare and review financial statements
• develop internal controls and procedures
• oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• partner on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance
• guide complex accounting
• improve systems and processes
• lead and develop the accounting team.
