Senior Support Engineer, SAP EWM (Remote)

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot complex SAP application issues
• work with customers to understand needs and support business change
• provide remote functional support and training for specialist SAP modules
• advise on client customizations and implementation practices
• develop application break fixes for critical defects
• create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues
• manage assigned accounts as a technical and functional adviser
• provide hands-on assistance using tools and remote connectivity
• collaborate with virtual team members
• contribute to knowledge-sharing methods and diagnostic tools
• work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays and monitor email outside standard business hours.
