What you'll do

• Reconstitute and fortify specialized formula
• centrifuge and analyze human milk lipid concentration and caloric density
• pasteurize and deliver human milk and formula
• manage medical food and product inventory
• use electronic health record and milk management software
• clean and operate biomedical preparation equipment
• follow food safety and infection control protocols
• communicate with nursing, Registered Dietitians, medical providers, Dietetic Technicians, and Lactation Consultants
• contribute to standard work and peer feedback.
