Automotive Service Porter

The Automotive Service Porter role is onsite in Downey, CA, with compensation of $16.90–$17.00 per hour. The position supports vehicle inventory and service operations at Champion Dodge. The role keeps new and used vehicles clean, orderly, and ready for dealership use. By moving vehicles, completing basic upkeep, and maintaining lot presentation, the porter supports service and management teams and helps protect the safety and appearance of the dealership.

What you'll do

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, replenish fluids, and replace batteries when necessary
• place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• keep vehicle lots orderly and move cars as directed. Remove debris, inspect vehicles and equipment for cleanliness or damage, drive vehicles between service areas and parking lots, make key tags, and report safety or welfare concerns to management. Complete required training and certification courses and maintain a valid driver’s license.
