What you'll do

• Prepare handmade yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
• prepare weekend breakfast bakery items to meet production needs
• follow the buffet production system and bakery production guide
• maintain freshness, appearance, portioning, and recipe yields
• assist guests with baked goods
• complete cleaning duties and follow local health department laws.
