Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year. This position supports the clinical team at Pair ABA, providing high-quality autism services to children aged 2 to 21. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing caregiver training. It exists to ensure ethical, assent-based service delivery while fostering a collaborative, clinician-first environment that prioritizes quality outcomes and professional growth.

What you'll do

  • Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to guide individualized treatment.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for each client.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs in delivering high-quality ABA services.
  • Provide caregiver training and support to families.
  • Ensure ethical, assent-based ABA service delivery and maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support whole-child outcomes.
