What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 desktop support and maintain enterprise IT service cases in ServiceNow
• troubleshoot computer and printer hardware, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, smartphones, and Level 1 network and VPN issues
• support hardware inventory and asset management
• coordinate OEM support and equipment returns
• use imaging solutions for hardware deployment
• provide executive-level customer support
• document issues and use Excel and SharePoint for planning and tracking.
