The attorney advises corporate clients on employment-based immigration matters, reviews petitions and applications, drafts legal support letters and responses to requests for evidence, and manages client communications. The role helps clients navigate immigration filings and case strategy across a range of business immigration matters.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary legal and strategic contact for assigned corporate clients
• communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements
• participate in client meetings and program reviews
• review employment-based petitions and applications
• draft support letters and responses to requests for evidence
• lead client status calls and planning discussions.
