The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Lincoln, IL, at Lincoln Village Healthcare Center. Pay is $18 per hour, with up to a 6.5% subsidy DOE; a $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires. The role is part of Nursing Services and reports to the Director of Nursing or a licensed nurse. The CNA provides direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision, assisting with daily living needs, transfers, mobility, and comfort. The role also involves monitoring and reporting changes, documenting care, responding to resident requests, and following safety and infection-control procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, eating, and mobility
• support safe transfers and ambulation
• measure and record directed vital signs and other measures
• assist with range-of-motion exercises and positioning
• monitor and report changes
• document care
• respond to call lights
• follow privacy, infection-control, and safety procedures.
