Production Lead, First Shift

The Production Lead, First Shift role is onsite in Agawam, MA, with a stated pay range of $34.26–$36.54 per hour. The lead supports HP Hood’s food and beverage manufacturing operations and serves as a role model in the department when the Shift Supervisor is absent.

What you'll do

• Communicate production instructions and updates with supervisors, managers, and employees
• assist with training new employees
• promote safety and support accident investigations as needed
• help oversee daily production goals and schedules
• follow safety rules, company guidelines, good manufacturing practices, and food-quality requirements. The stated schedule is 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• flexibility to work other shifts and days may be needed.
