What you'll do

• Prepare and review quantity takeoffs
• build estimate packages and support bid development
• prepare bid documents and obtain subcontractor, vendor, and supplier pricing
• review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, purchase orders, and subcontracts
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• verify completed quantities and track progress
• coordinate with leadership and field teams
• help resolve construction, scope, procurement, and coordination issues
• visit jobsites as needed.
