What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, guests, and residents
• offer beverages
• contact community leaders to meet prospective residents and visitors
• greet job candidates and direct them to apply or capture their information
• answer calls and relay complete messages
• provide community information and route callers
• manage resident and family appointments
• send get-well and sympathy cards as needed
• perform data entry and general administrative duties
• monitor Bistro refreshments, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
