What you'll do

• Prepare and portion salads, desserts, vegetables, and baked goods
• serve meals in the Main Kitchen
• assist in the dish room
• put stock away using FIFO
• complete sanitation and cleaning tasks
• review menus and special functions with the Dietary Manager to support portion control and special diet needs
• attend in-service training.
