What you'll do

• follow up on claims, submit rebills, and contact payers

• research denials and discrepancies
• coordinate with hospital departments
• post payments and adjustments
• identify unidentified cash and checks
• reconcile deposits and electronic remittances
• report process issues and suspected compliance concerns.
