What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, schedule, and support site staff
• maintain coverage and substitute staffing
• visit sites and coach staff
• monitor enrollment and program quality
• support families
• maintain state licensing and compliance records
• ensure required staff training and certifications remain current
• serve as the day-to-day contact for school leadership
• coordinate site logistics and resolve building-level concerns
• travel regularly between program sites.
