What you'll do
- Coordinate field work with project managers, property management, and tenants
- serve as onsite safety lead and conduct safety inspections and training
- assist with estimating, budgeting, and site logistics planning
- coordinate subcontractors, vendors, permits, inspections, and certifications
- oversee quality assurance and document daily activities
- monitor pay applications, schedules, budgets, and punch lists
- assist with project closeout.
